Seller and acceptance

These Terms of Service are between you and Metric Mitra (trading as MetricMitra). By accessing this website, making a purchase or downloading the product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Product description

MetricMitra provides the “Monthly MIS Dashboard for Small Businesses,” a ready-to-use Microsoft Excel workbook designed to help users convert monthly financial data into management-friendly KPIs, summaries, ageing reports and trend charts. The product is a digital download delivered after payment.

Licence and restrictions

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the workbook for your own internal business or client reporting needs. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share as a template, reverse engineer, decompile, or remove copyright or branding from the file.

Intellectual property

Metric Mitra retains all ownership, copyright and intellectual property rights in the website, product, documentation, branding and related materials. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights.

Payments and subscriptions

The product is sold for a one-time fee. Prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information. No recurring subscription is created.

Refund policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Engage in fraud, spam, phishing or other deceptive practices.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the website or product.
• Use automated scraping, bots or similar means to access the site without permission.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Service level and warranties

We strive to keep the website and product available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The workbook is provided as a tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Metric Mitra's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. This does not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Metric Mitra against claims, damages and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or any content you provide.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your licence to use the product ends, but you may retain copies of files already lawfully downloaded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Changes and force majeure

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
